B.S. Athletic Training, CPT, CNC
Remote Coach
Viviana graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Athletic Training, focusing on physical therapy, and holds certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching through NASM. With over a decade of experience as an endurance runner, she brings both personal insight and professional knowledge into her coaching.
Her coaching starts by building strong foundations—core stability, posture, and efficient mechanics—then layers in evidence-based training to help clients reach their goals sustainably. Viviana values trust, diligence, and transparency, creating a space where clients feel supported and understood. She listens first, coaches second, and always frames fitness as a lifestyle that carries over into daily life, not a temporary discipline.
She specializes in helping endurance athletes improve performance and prevent injury, as well as supporting anyone looking to increase mobility, improve movement quality, or align their nutrition and habits with long-term goals.
