B.S. in Exercise Physiology from FSU, PhD Candidate in the Cardiovascular and Applied Physiology Lab. For 10 years I've coached clients from chronic pain and autoimmune conditions to competitive athletes, with the goal of helping them move freely and sustainably.

My approach is relational and evidence-based—I connect the dots between movement, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle. My ideal clients want more than short-term results: they're ready to restore trust in their bodies and build resilience for the long run.

Five years of coaching experience, rooted in his own athletic background and personal injury history. Josh is known as the "Swiss army knife" of the team—he brings a wide range of skills and modalities while staying transparently honest when he doesn't have an answer yet.

He works best with clients who want to build strength and movement skills and value honesty in the process. Outside coaching you'll find him hiking, disc golfing, or watching football (Go Noles, Go Chiefs).

His coaching is research-based and holistic—biomechanical, social, and emotional factors all matter. He believes fitness should flex with each season of life, and his clients value that he communicates often and adapts programs as needed.
