Remote Coach

Kevin brings together the worlds of physical therapy and coaching. With a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida, experience in outpatient orthopedics and hospital care, and years inside CrossFit gyms, he’s guided clients ranging from post-rehab patients to competitive athletes.

What drew him in? The impact of his own coaches. Kevin struggled with physical and emotional health moving from high school to college, but the mentorship of great CrossFit coaches transformed his life. That experience drives how he now works with others.

Kevin coaches with a research-based, holistic approach: biomechanical, social, and emotional factors all matter. He believes fitness should flex with each season of life—sometimes it’s chasing PRs, sometimes it’s running or climbing, sometimes it’s simply staying consistent. His clients appreciate that he communicates often, progresses or regresses programs as needed, and focuses on building habits that last beyond workouts.

Ideal clients are those ready to work hard but needing direction and accountability, especially around rehabilitation, returning to sport, and balancing exercise with daily life. Kevin specializes in helping people bridge the gap between physical therapy and sustainable fitness.

Outside of coaching, Kevin has dabbled in crocheting, guitar, and baking, and he’s an avid fan of both books and sports. Clients are often surprised that his own training looks different depending on the season of life—something he sees as not just normal, but healthy.
