I earned my B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. while conducting research in the Cardiovascular and Applied Physiology Lab. My work focuses on how exercise and lifestyle interventions impact cardiovascular health, using advanced tools like VO₂ testing, blood pressure monitoring, and vascular function assessment.
I started coaching after realizing that the gap between healthcare and fitness was leaving too many people frustrated, in pain, or stuck with quick-fix solutions. For 10 years, I’ve coached clients ranging from those with chronic pain or autoimmune conditions to competitive athletes, always with the goal of helping them move freely, confidently, and sustainably.
My approach is relational and evidence-based. I see the body as a complex system, so I help clients connect the dots between movement, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle. I value clear communication and honesty—if I don’t know something, I’ll say so, then work to find the answer.
My ideal clients are people who want more than short-term results: those who are ready to restore trust in their bodies, bridge the gap between rehab and performance, or build resilience for the long run.
Outside of coaching, I’m usually reading research, testing ideas in the lab, training in my garage gym, or chasing my kids around the house.
