Hi, I’m Jonathan.
As an Exercise Physiology scientist and wellness coach, my passion lies in expanding individuals’ health span through exercise, lifestyle changes, and mindset transformation. Having a longer and more robust health span means that you can live freely playing with your children, take physically challenging vacations, or simply go on a run with a friend without fear.
Coaching is a magical tool. With the right tone, phrases, and intent, you can change someone’s life. This is a massive responsibility that we all share to some extent and one that I will always pursue.
I am also a husband, father, and mentor. My faith drives my search for the truth. I earnestly pursue discernment, recognizing that feelings may not always mirror truth.
I’m thrilled to have you here.
